Job Description:
Peak Valor Health and Fitness is looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an independent contractor (1099 position). Our facility focuses on whole-person health, providing clients with integrated, personalized care. This position is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who values flexibility, wants to build a client base, and is committed to working in a supportive, wellness-centered environment.

As a Nurse Practitioner at Peak Valor, you’ll have the freedom to build your own caseload or bring an existing one. We charge only $30 per hour for the use of our facility, allowing you to retain the majority of your earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
• Provide health counseling and preventive care, educating clients on lifestyle changes that support overall wellness
• Perform routine exams, order labs, and interpret results to monitor and manage client health
• Collaborate with other team members, including trainers, nutritionists, and mental health counselors, to create a cohesive, integrated approach to client care
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in a HIPAA-compliant manner
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term engagement

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado with prescriptive authority (if applicable)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a wellness, fitness, or holistic health setting
