Job Title: Personal Trainer (1099 Contractor)

Job Description:
Peak Valor Health and Fitness is looking for a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team as an independent contractor (1099 position). At our small, boutique-style gym, you will work in an intimate and focused environment with no more than 2-3 clients in the gym at a time, ensuring a highly personalized training experience.

As a Personal Trainer at Peak Valor Health and Fitness, you will have the flexibility to build your own caseload or bring an existing one with you. Only pay $30 an hour for the gym allowing you to bring home money for your time. 


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized fitness programs tailored to each client's specific needs and goals
  • Train clients one-on-one or in small groups (up to 2-3 clients at a time)
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment
  • Monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to workout plans
  • Ensure clients are using proper form and technique to prevent injuries
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement


Requirements:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized certification body (NASM, ACSM, ACE, or similar)
  • CPR/AED certification
